This website is operated by STRONGER (formerly known as Beast). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to STRONGER. STRONGER offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including all additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, subscribers, merchants, and contributors of content.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.


SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of service without notice.


SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to abuse, excessive disputes, chargeback activity, or violation of these Terms.

You understand that non-payment content may be transmitted unencrypted across networks. Payment information is always encrypted.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.


SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS, CONSUMABLE GOODS & EXPECTATIONS

Our products are consumable dietary supplements.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results vary by individual

  • Taste, texture, and preference are subjective

  • Personal dissatisfaction does not constitute a defect

We do not guarantee outcomes, results, or subjective satisfaction.

All products are sold “as is” and “as available”, subject to the policies disclosed at checkout and on our website.


SECTION 4 — ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing Time

  • Typical processing time is 1–5 business days

  • Processing may take longer during peak periods (including Q4)

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

  • Delays related to quality control, inventory movement, or production will be communicated when applicable

Shipping & Delivery Window

  • Delivery time is up to 20 business days

  • The delivery window begins from the first “in transit” carrier scan

  • Orders are not considered late or lost while tracking is active within this window

Priority Shipping

Priority Shipping places an order ahead in the fulfillment queue.
It does not guarantee faster carrier transit times and does not alter refund eligibility.

PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders requiring address correction may be delayed.


SECTION 5 — SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on and is not automatically included.

If Shipping Protection is purchased:

  • Qualifying carrier issues may result in a free reship

If Shipping Protection is not purchased:

  • We may, at our discretion, provide courtesy coverage

  • Courtesy coverage is not guaranteed and does not create an obligation


SECTION 6 — SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING BILLING

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

Minimum Commitment

All subscriptions require a minimum of one (1) successful billing cycles.

  • Cancellation is allowed only after the second billing

  • Charges are non-refundable once billed

  • Failure to cancel on time does not qualify for a refund

Promotional Subscription Bundles

Free items apply only to the first order. Renewals ship only paid quantities.

Cancellation Timing

Subscriptions must be canceled at least 5 days before the next billing date. Late cancellation requests do not stop charges already processed.


SECTION 7 — RETURNS, REFUNDS & CASHBACK

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key acknowledgements:

  • No refunds while an order is in transit

  • Returns are limited to unopened products only

  • Refunds are conditional and not automatic

  • Cashback may be offered as an alternative resolution

Filing a chargeback does not override these Terms or our policies.


SECTION 8 — PRE-ORDERS & OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

Pre-orders secure future inventory.

  • Shipping timelines begin once fulfilled

  • Delivery windows begin from first in-transit scan

  • Disclosed pre-order delays do not qualify for refunds


SECTION 9 — ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and to keep it updated.

We are not responsible for:

  • Address errors entered at checkout

  • Failed deliveries due to access issues

  • Returned packages caused by customer inaction


SECTION 10 — CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If a chargeback is filed, we may submit:

  • Order confirmation

  • Tracking records

  • Policy acceptance at checkout

  • Communication history (including automated emails)

  • Subscription authorization records

Chargebacks do not invalidate our policies and may delay resolution.


SECTION 11 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party tools, services, or links. Use is at your own risk.


SECTION 12 — USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK

Any feedback or content submitted may be used by us without restriction or compensation.


SECTION 13 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.


SECTION 14 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRONGER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or products.


SECTION 15 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STRONGER from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.


SECTION 16 — TERMINATION

We may terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms.


SECTION 17 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and STRONGER.


SECTION 18 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.


SECTION 19 — CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
