SHIPPING POLICY
By placing an order with STRONGER®, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Standard Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

Packaging and warehouse preparation

Extended Processing (When Applicable)
In some cases, processing may take longer than 5 business days, including but not limited to:

High order volume periods (Q4, holidays, sales events)

Pre-orders or limited releases

Inventory synchronization

Additional quality assurance checks
If processing exceeds the usual timeframe, customers will be notified by email.
Important Clarification

Processing time occurs before shipment
-
Delivery timelines do not begin during processing
-
Shipping timelines begin only once the order is handed to the carrier and marked as “in transit”
A longer processing period does not constitute a shipping delay.
3. SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY WINDOW
Once an order is shipped and marked “in transit”, delivery typically takes:

10–20 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions
This delivery window begins from the first in-transit scan, not from the order date or processing date.
4. CARRIER DELAYS & TRACKING UPDATES

Carriers may experience delays due to volume, weather, customs, or peak seasons (especially Q4).

Tracking updates may not appear daily.
-
A lack of scans does not mean a shipment is stopped or lost.
As long as the order is within the 20 business day delivery window, it is considered in transit and on track.
5. SHIPPING PROTECTION
Optional Add-On
Shipping Protection is not automatically included and must be selected at checkout.
What Shipping Protection Covers
If purchased, Shipping Protection covers:

Lost shipments
-
Carrier delivery errors
-
Damaged parcels
-
Unsuccessful delivery attempts
When Shipping Protection applies, STRONGER® will reship the order at no additional cost.
Courtesy Coverage
In certain situations, STRONGER® may choose to apply shipping protection as a courtesy, even if it was not purchased. This is done at our discretion and does not create a precedent or obligation.
6. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & RESPONSIBILITY

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Customers must ensure:

Correct address
-
Safe delivery location
-
Access instructions (unit number, buzzer code, etc.)
-
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, STRONGER® may open a carrier investigation or assist under Shipping Protection (if applicable).
7. PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED CLAIMS
A shipment is not considered lost if:

It is still within the 20 business day delivery window
-
Tracking shows the order is in transit
-
The carrier has not confirmed loss
Claims submitted before the delivery window ends are considered premature.
8. REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

Refunds are not issued for orders that are still in transit
-
Refunds are only considered when:

The carrier confirms loss, or
-
Delivery fails after the stated delivery window, and
-
The case qualifies under our policies

Filing a chargeback before contacting STRONGER® or before the delivery window ends may delay resolution and does not override this policy.
9. PRE-ORDERS & OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

Pre-orders and out-of-stock items are clearly indicated on the product page or communicated by email.

Shipping timelines for these items begin once the order ships, not when it is placed.

Customers will receive updates if timelines change.
10. PRIORITY SHIPPING
Priority Shipping is an order handling upgrade, not a delivery speed guarantee.
What Priority Shipping Means

Your order is processed and shipped ahead of standard orders
-
Your order is placed at the top of our fulfillment queue
What Priority Shipping Does NOT Mean
-
It does not change carrier transit speed
-
It does not override customs or carrier delays
-
It does not shorten the 10–20 business day delivery window once shipped
11. ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address
-
PO Boxes are not accepted
-
Orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned
Additional reshipping fees may apply unless Shipping Protection is purchased or applied as a courtesy.
12. COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Customers will receive automated and manual communications regarding:

Order confirmation

Shipping confirmation
-
Tracking updates
-
Processing delays (if applicable)

13. FINAL POLICY POSITION
By placing an order with STRONGER®, you acknowledge that:

Processing and shipping timelines are separate
-
Delivery windows begin once in transit
-
Carrier delays do not constitute fulfillment failure
-
Refunds and reships are governed strictly by this policy
-
Bank disputes do not override these terms
STRONGER® reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy to ensure fair and consistent resolution for all customers.
