SUBSCRIPTION POLICY & PURCHASE OPTIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all subscription purchases, promotional bundles, pre-orders, and special purchase options available on our website. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Both addresses are owned and operated by our company and constitute official communication.


2. PURCHASE OPTIONS OVERVIEW

We may offer products under the following purchase models:

  • One-time purchases

  • Subscription purchases

  • Promotional subscription bundles

  • Pre-orders

  • Try-before-you-buy (when available)

Each purchase type has distinct billing, cancellation, and refund rules outlined below.


3. SUBSCRIPTIONS — CORE TERMS

3.1 Subscription Authorization

By placing a subscription order, you expressly authorize us to:

  • Store your payment method securely

  • Automatically charge your payment method according to your selected delivery frequency

  • Continue billing until the subscription is properly canceled under this policy

Subscription charges are not accidental, not trial charges, and not optional once billing occurs.


3.2 Minimum Commitment

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) successful billing cycles.

  • Cancellation is permitted only after the second successful charge

  • No refunds or early cancellations are allowed before the minimum commitment is completed

  • Attempting to cancel, dispute, or charge back prior to completing the second billing cycle violates this agreement


3.3 Promotional Subscription Bundles

Promotional bundles (including but not limited to Buy 1 Get 1 FREE, Buy 2 Get 1 FREE, Buy 3 Get 2 FREE) apply only to the first subscription order.

Important clarification:

  • Free items are a first-order incentive only

  • All future renewals ship only the paid bottle quantity

  • Pricing remains the same unless otherwise stated at checkout

Example:

  • Initial subscription: Buy 2 Get 1 FREE → 3 bottles

  • Renewal: 2 bottles at the same bundle price

Free items are not recurring benefits and are not included in subscription renewals.


3.4 Bundle Adjustments & Defaults

When promotional bundles convert to standard renewals:

  • Future shipments default to the first flavor/product originally selected

  • Customers may change flavors or products via their customer portal or by contacting support

Requests for custom multi-unit recurring bundles must be approved in writing by our support team.


3.5 Billing Schedule & Auto-Renewal

  • Subscription billing occurs automatically according to the selected delivery frequency

  • Some plans auto-renew indefinitely until canceled

  • Failed payments may result in retry attempts or temporary suspension until resolved

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor upcoming renewal dates.


4. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Standard Cancellation

After completing the minimum two billing cycles:

  • You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time

  • Cancellation must be completed at least 5 days before your next scheduled billing date

  • Cancellations made inside the 5-day window may not stop the upcoming charge


4.2 How to Cancel

You may cancel by:

  • Using the subscription management link in your order confirmation email, or

  • Contacting support at info@trystronger.com

Verbal requests, social media messages, or late responses do not constitute valid cancellation.


4.3 Failed or Late Cancellation Attempts

If a cancellation request is submitted:

  • After the renewal has processed

  • After the order has entered fulfillment

  • After billing has occurred

The charge remains valid and non-refundable.


5. SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY

Subscription charges are non-refundable once billed.

Refunds are considered only if:

  • A product arrives damaged or defective and qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy, or

  • We approve a discretionary resolution at our sole discretion

Failure to cancel on time, dissatisfaction with taste, or change of preference does not qualify for a refund.


6. SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Subscription orders:

  • Follow the same processing, shipping, and delivery rules as one-time purchases

  • Are subject to standard processing times

  • Do not receive automatic priority unless Priority Shipping is purchased

Shipping delays do not pause or void subscription billing obligations.


7. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders secure products not yet available in inventory.

  • Payment may be collected in full or authorized at checkout

  • Shipping timelines begin once the item is fulfilled

  • Delivery windows start from the first in-transit scan

Pre-orders may be canceled only before fulfillment. Once fulfilled, standard refund and return rules apply.


8. TRY-BEFORE-YOU-BUY (WHEN AVAILABLE)

For try-before-you-buy purchases:

  • Payment methods may be authorized but not charged at checkout

  • A trial period is provided as disclosed at checkout

  • If the product is not returned within the trial window, the payment method is charged automatically

Failure to return within the trial period constitutes acceptance of the purchase.


9. CHARGEBACKS & SUBSCRIPTION DISPUTES

By subscribing, you acknowledge:

  • You authorized recurring billing

  • Promotional bundles are disclosed and non-recurring

  • Cancellation requirements are clear and time-based

If a chargeback is filed:

  • We may submit subscription terms, billing records, policy acceptance, and communications

  • Chargebacks do not override this policy

  • Repeated disputes may result in account restriction


10. POLICY ENFORCEMENT & FINAL POSITION

We reserve the right to:

  • Enforce minimum commitments

  • Deny refunds that fall outside policy

  • Suspend subscriptions for abuse or dispute activity

  • Interpret and apply this policy to ensure system integrity

By placing a subscription order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all subscription terms presented at checkout and in this policy.
